European Choir -EE-Circuit EE1

It Includes:
- Three nocturnal concerts shared with choirs that attend the festival.
- Free access to workshops, “Taller de Preparación de Obras” (TPO).
- Scores and CD for the workshop, and final concert.
- Audio CD of one yours presentations
- We have carefully checked all accommodation. We make all necessary reservations and inspections carried out during the stay to ensure the quality of service.
- 6 nights of lodging with breakfast.
- Six lunches with all the choirs.
- Transportation (airport, lunches, concerts).
- Free access to “Coralfestichol” (party of choirs).
- All groups will have a guide to assist on cultural and sight-seeing visits.
- Certificate for their participation for the conductor and choir.
- Emergency Medical cover.
- Organization of a concert at the base of Aconcagua Mountain (*)
(*) Concert at the base of Aconcagua (the highest in America) in the Andes Mountain, at an altitude of 3.000 meters. You can sing in this wonderful place. Ask for this option. Visit to www.aconcagua.coppla.org.ar

Intentionality of Participation
If your choir want TO RESERVE a place of participation in Cantapueblo, you must send the following things before May, 30:
- File card of intention of participation http://www.cantapueblo.com/form_eng.htm (Your sending of this file card doesn’t mean your inscription to the festival)
- Choir's curriculum, conductor's curriculum, CD, video, DVD and pictures (you can send these things by e-mail or, if you have a web page with this information, please send us the url).
- 30% of total amount of participation according to chosen circuit and option of lodging.
Pre-Registration
Your PRE-REGISTRATION will be made if you send before July, 30:
- Concert program
- List of participants, conteining the following information: full name, sex, passport number, e mail,function (conductor, assistent, pianist, etc.)
- Plant of Scene (necessities for its concert) launching slips, piano, sound etc.
- Detail of extra instrumentation that accompanies the choir.
- 40% of total amount to reserve hotel according to chosen circuit and option of lodgin (we will refund part of this amount according to cancellation date)
Definitive Registration
Your REGISTRATION will be definitive if you send before September, 30:
- Remaining 30% of total amount of participation.
The director who participates with his choir in Cantapueblo is invited of honor of the Coppla Foundation, therefore it is released of the costs of participation in the option chosen by the choir.
